As individuals we constantly face emotional stressors be it from our family, social interactions, work place and other internal and external influences. Over time we learn to adapt to these influences and find our internal balance. In some instances however, interactions or situations occur that can disrupt this balance.

As individuals we constantly face emotional stressors be it from our family, social interactions, work place and other internal and external influences. Over time we learn to adapt to these influences and find our internal balance. In some instances however, interactions or situations occur that can disrupt this balance and affect internal sense of balance when it comes to emotions.

This form of imbalance manifests in a number of ways; stress, anxiety, depression, anger-management issues, self-confidence issues, grief and other forms of emotional dysregulation.

All these emotions are inherently neither good nor bad, they are our mind and our body’s way of communicating what is going on within. As such, when we are unable to acknowledge or work with these emotions is when imbalances manifest.

At Mind Wellness Therapy we aim to empower our clients to manage and process these forms of emotional imbalances to regain an internal sense of control and well-being.
